 A STEP-BY-STEP LOOK AT HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER


1.MEET AND GREET

During our initial in-home consultation, we will listen to your overall wants and needs for your project, evaluate your existing space, and discuss how to incorporate new design. We will ask for your ideas, provide design suggestions, and determine the most important aspects of how you will use the new space. We will also review the planning and building processes and how they are structured to ensure the success of your project. We will review the overall project budget to ensure that we design within it.


2.PRELIMANRY DESIGN

We will follow up with conceptual plans and 3D renderings, outline specifications, and provide a preliminary cost estimate. We will ensure that you understand and are comfortable with the results of our collaboration.


3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We will further develop the design by adding complex details to test and refine it, including structure, materials, and services. We will produce floor plans, site plans, sections, exterior


4.CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Also known as the technical design — involves the preparation of any structural designs and required engineering that will be submitted to the City or County and specifications suitable for building permit approval. We take the project and plans through the permitting and approvals processes, develop the construction and payment schedule, finalize the cost estimate, and undertake both procurement and sub-contractor bidding and qualification.


5. CONSTRUCTION PHASE

This includes a detailed scope of work and description of each step of the construction process, from concrete to framing to electrical to finishes. “Break Ground” begins with expert Project Manager in control at all times. All aspects of the construction are monitored to assure quality control and that the project is completed on time and on budget.


6. CLOSE OUT

When your project is complete, you will receive a detailed packet of information about warranted products and services. Prime-Builds will kindly ask you to complete a satisfaction survey. We value your feedback so that we can continue to identify ways to make our remodeling process streamlined, predictable and enjoyable.
